Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems are used to provide uninterrupted, reliable, and high-quality power for these sensitive loads.
There are several applications in which an uninterruptible power supply is needed. One example is the RAID systems for redundant data storage, which must be protected so that no data is lost in the event of a power failure at an inconvenient time such as during data backup activity.
