• The battery cabinet must be properly earthed/grounded and due to a high leakage current, the earthing/grounding conductor must be connected first. Failure to follow these instructions will result in death or serious injury. Battery Safety DANGER
The battery cabinet shall consist of the following standard components, housed in a metal frame cabinet. Each cabinet contains 16 (model 128S), or 17 (model 136S) battery modules, 1 switchgear assembly, and one SMPS assembly. A top wiring kit is provided at the top of the cabinet to facilitate power and control cable landing.
The battery cabinet is designed to be daisy-chained together with additional battery cabinets. There is no limit to the number of battery cabinets that can be connected together. However, a maximum system current of 30 A should be maintained regardless of the number of interconnected battery cabinets. Procedure NOTE! Refer to Figure 7
